Ian Ryan
Ian, born in London and raised in Dundee, Scotland, embarked on his journey with Dash Group in June 2021, spearheading the launch of our Perth Office and continuing his dedicated focus on recruiting across the Mining, Resources, and Construction sectors.
Since making Australia his home in 2012, Ian has immersed himself in the mining industry, initially spending four years as an Underground Miner before transitioning seamlessly into construction and mining recruitment in 2018. This unique blend of hands-on experience and recruitment expertise equips him with the ideal skill set to source and successfully place candidates in the intricacies of the highly technical mining market.
Now serving as Dash Group’s WA General Manager, Ian’s responsibilities extend nationally across mining, while also driving the growth of the Dash Group brand in Western Australia across key verticals such as Construction, Healthcare, Building Services, and Labour Hire.
Beyond the office, Ian finds immense joy as a proud father of two girls, balancing his professional achievements with a fulfilling family life. His dynamic background and commitment to excellence make Ian an instrumental leader within Dash Group, guiding our success in diverse industries across Western Australia and beyond.
