Starting her career on 2017, Danica has over 5 years as a Human Resources Generalist, she an expert in all facets of HR Department including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, HR process and employee engagement. She is currently pursuing Juris Doctor and is about to complete her Master’s Degree on Public Administration.
At Dash Group, Danica brings valuable insights on the onboarding process, applying her extensive experience on the HR Department to create solutions on challenges.
